By far the worst Premiere I have ever stayed in. Staff couldn't care less Room not completed to usual standards. No spare pillows Toilet Tissue holder Empty 2 toilet rolls sat on the bathroom shelf, not Covid friendly as I had no idea who had touched them before me and the person after me had the same problem! No Wifi password available in rooms I assume the desk had it but I was already in my nightwear when I was ready to use Wifi. Room really hot despite the heating turned off. The same problem in the room opposite me where my son was. He opened his window but had to shut it because of the noise. No one on reception in the morning to complain to. Breakfast............... Just go over to Subway or Greggs don't even bother with their breakfast we were actually refunded for that so no need to say any more.

OMG it absolutely stinks!!! Never staying here again. Fish factory across the road. Room needed TLC but the smell from outside was unreal.

Absolutely amazing place to stay.... in an industrial estate so really nice and quite.... the staff were absolutely amazing and very welcoming and friendly.... the bedrooms were immaculate. The bathrooms were immaculate... the breakfast was really nice and hot and the staff in the restaurant were lovely and very friendly... would 100% recommend... we went with 8 people including 4 kids... friendly staff best were really comfortable and clean... And if your visiting cleethorpes it's amazing as a taxi to get from the hotel to the beach is only between 10 and 15 pounds...

Really average experience, the price should justify a better stay. No air-conditioning either, and quite noisy near a main road, so having the window open is not great. Staff were all friendly, but this felt like a real budget experience at a price where I would expect to be comfortable.

Stay at Grimsby premier inn for 1 week. Had a lovely welcome on arrival receptionist was amazing, food was amazing very quick and the bar lady jannine was so helpful and polite. 100% would recommend people to stay here. 10/10. HIGHLY RECOMMEND TO ANYONE WHO IS LOOKING FOR SOMEWHERE TO STAY FOR BUSINESS OR PLEASURE.

Had Breakfast which was great service was amazing as always by Jannine nothing ever too much trouble, thank you jannine. And thanks to Drew the chef food was gorgeous. Thoroughly enjoyable experience and will definitely be returning very soon.
